The Tella Community is hosted on Circle, a separate platform from Tella. Your community account (email, password, profile, and notification settings) is managed by Circle, not Tella.

Getting help with your community account

Because the community lives on Circle, the Tella support team can’t update your community email, reset your community password, or change any other account details on your behalf. For help with your community account, please contact Circle directly:
Your Tella account and your Tella Community account are separate. Changes you make on Circle won’t affect your Tella account, and vice versa.

When to contact Tella support

If your question is about Tella itself — recording, editing, sharing, billing, or your Tella workspace — reach out to us through the in-app support portal or email support@tella.com.
